Cyc respawn time

I suggest to reduce the respawn time of Cyclopse. Most of the time spent hunting skins is spent waiting for the cyc.

Sorts and some other wizzies have been lvling for weeks there now, and they've been saying about this topic, but it was ignored and now you're getting 13-14x tt you push it to be done, and not before, so I voted No. it should have been done before the FIRST wizzies have been at VD2-VD3 in my point of view, it is a "quick thing", unlike adding new content, isn't it ?
If it would be done now, I guess something should be done for them about the time they wasted doing 6-7k's on gazer for weeks.
