That's the Seven Eleven mantle, it's a cape introduced on a previous official server where Seven Eleven was a sponsor/affiliate of that server. Cape is still in the files of DR afaik, but it doesn't mean that guild logos could be on capes or w/e, it's just that one cape

DRG has some sponsers too no ? Not sure if anyone realize but I see the Samsung logo at bottam right corner before we get into the login page , if that is a sponsoring company can we have some sort of SAMSUNG cape ?

Samsung is the owner of Dragon Raja and it's copyrights, hence the logo

Not very useful if just the straight cape (so when you look up) has the guild logo because most of the time you show up in a random direction on other people's screens.
Also won't look pretty I think cause the cape is slighty 'wrinkled'
