Wouldn't change much for me, but I support this as I hear it will bring better stability to everyone globally.

We are currently looking for the best host we can find having WorldWide peering, but especially to Asia.
From what we've gathered till now, better connection for Asia would be hosting the server in the US but due to some administration stuff we would rather find in Europe, in the Netherlands. I have currently a little list of hosts, I will test them from everywhere in the world and I will choose the better for everyone. If none of the host in Europe is good enough for Asia, we will then move server to the US.

I'm in the US and I run a 24mbps connection and I still have 250+ ping.. But if Asia is going to get a better ping by the server being in the US then what makes everyone think they will all suffer horribly too? I mean someone always has to get the shit end of the stick but they should really look into where the majority of players are actually logging in from.

Luxembourg might be worth looking at, a friend used server.lu for a private server and nobody lagged...doubt there was many players from Asia though.
