Application of Exile

I want to suggest for remove item name Application of Exile from ITEM MALL.
Because some of the nation do not have many players. Most of them moved into a strong nation. Different from the first server I play
(M.Y). 
I hope the
GM can consider this matter in order not to lose users. Thanks

i think it's about time that free transfer to vys should open again. cuz vys is the most unballanced nation atm

i dont think this will solve the problem, this will only swith wich nation dominates but in the end the winning nation is the one with "x"guild/s , considering the amount of players i would rather close 1 nation to concentrate the players.
