PLS Remove after lv100 TT SOLO Cap

I don't understand why TT Cap needed when players solo.
The TT solo cap was 100 when its under lv100, even player's lv is lv1.
Personally, I think you just kill the best part of DR by putting cap on TT after lv100 solo.
Leveling TT solo is fun.
I do think TT cap after lv100 Leeching is needed but not for solo.

they want people to actually use other places to level, not just sit in vd1 and get max tts, this also makes it so priests dont have the full LD hit unless they do put in the extra effort of more lvling and getting higher duals, as well as this opens up the zones for people just hitting CC to level there instead of the same group of top players with 17x tts controlling it 24/7

Wait, there is a solo tt cap? I been told there is a leechable cap per level, but not a solo cap?
