A cape for your nation would be cool so all of zypern get a red can and vyseus blue and yllse yellow? With no effect tho obviously

i only think their should be top nation capes, first 2 of each nation getting a cape with g1 or g2 effect with the color of their nation. but for the rest, it's buying capes with re like it was before

i think the top 3 players of each nation should get a g2 cape of there choice with there respected nation coulor

and the overall top 3 players should get double g2 cape of there choice

however i think this should only happen if the item is only locked to that char

if top players = higest lvl then there will be probebly most of them priest, so its kinda unbalece things (well g1 does not unbalece or jest by littel but Db g2 is).

dont worry about the effects, it should be well decided effects like on last servers. like 1 of the dbl g2 effects was ghost (usefull but not realy overpowering)
