Town Safe Zone

make it so even monster magic/damage can't harm people inside of buildings and the safe zone in town. Such as when a GM does monster summon events in town, some people don't want to get killed.

Gotta think about the people who are afking while they wait for their CP to recover.
People who are wearing G5+ and dont want pointless durablity loss.

People who want -% exp really should learn to use a character under level 20 for that. A friend or another computer.

I know I know, but usually you don't stand afk next to the dangerous area...
Just stay in the middle and you can't be hurt

But now when i really want NK i kill my noob chars 3 in 1 spell etc...
