list is maxed at 30 and i know this has been asked in previous servers before to just increase it, but if i remember correctly, this was shotdown for some reason like more traffic to the server or smt like that

if they are different nation and not merchant try to whisper them, if the text comes up they are online, if it doesnt they offline
