Nerf tailor jobs at earlier levels OR increase the drop rate of skins for some of the monsters like goblins and orc. Tailoring is very hard right now and should be, in my opinion, be made a bit easier. Butcher is fine the way it is now but increasing the drop rate would also make butchering easier, so the best would be to just nerf tailoring.
Also unlike mining/lumbering/fishing you are gathering specific items and you don't get anything your guildmates need for their quests.

Tailor 55->60 quest needs 150 Orc Skins, jesus christ.
