make it inflict damage/steal HP base on enemy's max HP instead of current

before the patch where GM make it [doesn't proc on miss], it inflict damage base on enemy's max HP and steals HP(heal) base on attacker's % of grade * current HP

should make it work like CA, steal and inflict damage based on enemy's max HP each time it proc :greet: :greet:

my current HP affect on the robber hp stealing?
i only know if target on low % of HP robber steal lesser HP . target on high % of HP steal more base on your Robber Grade..and target's current HP

and yet 1 touch on CA from 1 dmg to 100000 lost 41% of my maximum hp
