No. Just no.
There will be only one set worth getting then which is critical based set e.g. Blade Dancer, Triggermage, Toreador.
New symbol rework to red rare class already op as it is.

Plus, the set already worth hunting as it is for d2/d3 at least.
Even d1 has some power on it when completed.

Either make Symbol as Blue symbol and RED EFFECTS FOR LEGENDS BONUS.

Set bonus is g6-g8.
That's quite a lot for red rare.

Plus there's nothing wrong with the existing set bonus as blue rare in the first place.
There's more problem changing it to red rare instead, as players will need other sources for the blue rare limit i.e. force ac mv
