Just wondering if we could have a NPC next to bank NPC in each nation which combines all G rares and sards in the bag?

That way save us some time from doing the repetitive and boring combining.

just macro the combine.
g1 to g5 in 2 - 3 mins tops.

seems GM preferred solution is just double click instead of drag and drop, which will end up to be manual albeit less hassle.

Some macro program can record and replay your actions.
There's no need to script or anything.

A properly written macro is of course better because it is fool proof if done right.
I have shared it alright, but I'm not gonna share it with people I don't know.
