change nation chat to all 3 nation together?
allianced guild can chat together in guild channel ?

definitely +1 for alliance guild chat.
as for combined nation chat, if everyone can behave, +1. if not, reject it.
combined nation chat can be wrongly used to trash talk others, after losing/winning event or something.
also may be used to deliberately find other people to pk, e.g. someone unintendedly mentions his/her location, or what he/she intends to do (map hunt), exp quest etc.
so personally i reject combined nation chat idea, or we can give it a trial run or something and see how people make use of it.

what about "GLOBAL CHATTING" and a player can turn it on or off like its possible with others CHATTING, if theres an asshole spaming shit, you just can turn it off and trouble fixed.
