Archer Tweaking

Their too weak as they are. This idea has already been mentioned before.

didn't thay changed the simbels to fix that ?

They changed this symbols. It didn't fix the imbalance. Suggestions pointed out in the other forum were to slightly increase the archer's damage. I think this is the best approach.

i still think dual shields should only be wearable for warriors aswell. makes a lil diff

isn't lowering the dmg for thief better ?

maybe lowering the thief dmg and allow only worear use duel shilds is the best way

/agree Thief is a hybrid class. It contains both SOME ac and SOME attack but currently it has comparable attack to an archer and more defense than an archer in addition to a wider flexibility of skill usage (iceshield, doublehp, poison nova, defood, extreme ice, critical hiding, multi, shark missile, pepsi). Archer is not weak by itself, but in comparison to thief it is unfairly disadvantaged. Which is why I agree with only allowing warriors to wear the D1 + shields and making Archer more Kamikaze powerful attacker and thief a more hybrid class that must sacrifice more damage to gain some defense. Also, if you look at the thief skills, most are distant and stealth skills such as Critical Hiding and Multi and Shark Missile. Maybe something can be done to make thief more dependent on Distant rares in PVP and make archers more dependent on Force, as it is in PVM already.

If this action is taken, is there someway to remove the Distant bug that occurs when a person uses extreme ice from several tiles away, and the damage occurs with bonus damage from distant rares if the extreme ice lands on the opponent. I wonder if anyone knows what I am talking about.

I think we should raise archer dmg cause the main pvp skills they use need force

meh i dont think that bug is fixable, that bug is cause when you dbl ex fast enough and also run fast enough, needs timing and skills to pull off a faster ex, while also running towards the enemy, or accidentally works too
