i think what LP meant is that it would work only for you and its only ur choice if u wanna see those animations of poison or not at the specific time(something like /effect off or /weather off works like)... also not for all so they can turn it off so u cant see their fb or other spells that they cast at you
(if it is about other players) ...I think its a good idea..

+1. It hinders gameplay. Would be nice to be able to turn that effect off legally.

I love the cloud effect, they should make wizard poison cloud have HUGE aoe like Argos so you can blind people with smoke and FW/make a run for it.
