Add Option to Salvage unwanted rare equipment

Hi,
I happen to have come back to play and been watching, GM, would it be possible to add an NPC in each store to be able to salvage unwanted rares back to material ?

i think it is not cool
people should do something like jobs and making rares consistently to retain this server long

wat if most ppl get full rares and lvl/tt, theyll get bored ingame. thats wat were dealing with right now.
jobbing consistently apparently wont retain the server long.

i have been seeing so many ppl leaving
they felf boring because they didn't have anything to do except maze and war

i think the reason ppl love to play dr is the pking . and its the also the only reason for those ppl full rares/tt/lvl would stay and keep playing.
it will be so much fun if can hv those quitted ppl back. but its too bad that DRG didnt make it.

ya i agree a little but i'm sure that people must have goal always
