Use your registration email database and spam about this server.
Remember them that this server is still alive.
But think twice before you send email, because you gotta make something really attractive to players (like new features)...
Make a good flyer... Do it like professional.
You should have something like.. lets say.. 20k emails?... what if 10% check it?
