Guild House NPC

So far in every server I've always had a guild house just 'cause I like to be cool and I get tired of having a million signets in my bag. Now that we can't macro for critt anymore, how about putting custom NPC's in the guild houses that will actually give a benefit to the guilds that dish out so many signets for the guild houses? My suggestion:
-Potion shop: 50% price for all pots bought from the npc
-Food shop: 50% price for all food bought from the npc
-gate keeper: free teleporting but has same teleport spots as the normal npc's
-gater keeper2: custom gate keeper for the 2 LARGE emporia (1K red, 1K blue signets rent) that give special teleports
->vd entrance
->abyss maze
->undead maze
->big maze

seems like a nice idea to me aswell... i hope with the gatekeeper2 npc, u mean they get teleported just outside the mazes tho

yes. They get teleported at the entrance like where you end up when you go out of the dungeon so that spot can still be camped if you don't want the guild with that teleport spot to get into quest 'cause there's still a small bit to run before actually going in the dungeon.

I like the idea aswel now how do we get a gm to look into this? But what if we did it only for the biggest guild houses?

I'd like the guild houses to be either upgradable or have more levels of than (instead of just 2 big + all others small) and different levels of the NPCs would be in each different guild house.

i like the idea but what if you need to buy the npcs for your guild house? like you need less signets to get a guild house and each npc that you want for your guild you need to buy then also with signets?
