craftable dual class items/shining weapons

make an npc that allow player to craft dual class equipment that has blue rare effect on it
here is my suggestion for doing that

1.make an npc
2.ask for 3 dual class equipment (like 3 seigolaid sword or 3x aura isuka bow)to craft a g1,maximum 8 g1's per day
3.pay 50 or 100 fame to the npc to create an g1,players able to select the group of rare they wish to craft
4. make another npc that combines crafted dc equipment by paying them fame or dual fame

1.Let all job NPC can learn "all D1~D3 equipment" "Rings" "enchant hammer",then upgrade these items yourself

For example:
D1 single sword 1Grade : Premiun Ore x 3 ,Diamond x 2
D2 single sword 1Grade: Premiun Ore x 4 ,Diamond x 3
D3 single sword 1Grade: Premiun Ore x 5 ,Diamond x 4

Ring 1Grade: three nation gemstone each x 2 (but need make a normal ring,so total is 4 stone each nation)

enchant hammer: three nation Gemstone each x 6 , repair hammer x 1

2.need to consider an item just like sards for upgrading these items
or just increase the need of srads in each upgrade(5~10 times to normal)
3.Let "D1~D3 equipment" "rings" have maximum success rate 50% only
(just like double rare, and make 1g will be 100% seccess )

This is not a bad idea (ive suggested it before too) but I don't think we would have that in anytime soon
