How should GM set for the TT Cap?

I would like to suggest a "30lv tt cap" with " +2 tt cap / each lvl "
So, the tt cap will be :
Crossing Class Lv. 100 => 100 + 30 = 130
Dual Class 1 Lv. 105 => 100 + 30 + 2(5) = 140
Dual Class 2 Lv. 110 => 100 + 30 + 2(10) = 150
Dual Class 3 Lv. 120 => 100 + 30 +2(20) = 170
Dual Class 4 Lv. 135 => 100 +30 + 2(35) = 200
Which means, we could be max tt by dc4 , at lv.135
Welcome any ideas & hope all those ideas could make it easier for GM to decide

+1... reaching max tt at 135 seems good enough

i think the gm's already hv new max tt caps (i think SP mentioned it) and u should be able to reach nearly max before 150 aswell (i think SP mentioned this aswell) so i dont see why we should do more thinking 0.0

before 150 =___= if he means 14X
it probably will take more time to get max tt then usual
BTW, thx for notice @_@ & GM plz tell some info. if u r already decided
