this can help player and sever(earn more money to run the sever forever...)

2.if pked is higher lvl than other 50+ lvl,cant pk this player(e.g.prevent 150 lvl to pk under 100 lvl/d1 to pk 1-55 lvl...etc)

I like the second idea. Something similar was suggested a long time ago. If you fight levels far below you, you get handicapped and at some point PK is disabled entirely.

I love DR because of the open PVP world, but even at my young age I have a hardcore gamer's mentality. MMORPG gamers these days can't tolerate this sort of PKing and will simply quit. As we need to look forward to the future instead of hording old players, something should be done to prevent PKing much lower levels during leveling.

my opinion, SHOULD MAKE VD1 NONE PKEABLE, anyways dual 1 won't be able to defend them self(Lvl range 80-110 i think), while LVLING...
vd2-vd3 are mostly dual 2-4. There a chances to do semi defend yourself by your enemies..

VD1 should be pk-able.. The game is a pk-game after all, and if you can't either defend your spot or find a new one, than thats your problem. And the harassment rules are in place to protect lower lv players from a d4 beating the crap out of them anyway, it is the pk'd person's responsibility to follow the harassment rules and report.

On another note, I like HKP's second idea, but I think it should only be enabled on certain maps.. But then again, (this would mostly apply to a younger server) if you have low lvls getting pk'd by a lv 60 snow war char with great rares, there isn't much a low lv player can ever do about it, except call a high lv player to come take care of it, or follow the harassment rules and report.

ask to Elmaa and Wildside both trying to kill a D1 in WG and died as good zyp dogs they are.
