Random Blood Lightning

With the range of Blood Lightning, I believe that Blood Light needs to have less damage based on how far you are from the target.
Either that, or shorten the range of it.

Mages are pretty overpowered since Warriors & Archers can't pierce their Defense at all using Lightning shock / Converting armor. GMSignpainter said this server has balance, but I believe the server is becoming less balanced than it was originally just for the mere fact, warriors and archers got a nerf to piercing abilities towards mages.

+1 with making the damage drop over distance
30-40k br damage followed by 20-30k normal damage outside screen sure sucks.

Wiz damage do decease as a % based on distance.

I agree that a d3 wizard is overpowered compare to a d3 archer or warrior.

On the other hand, wizards are very hard to kill a priest with wings. Or warrior with Eva/resist rares.

However, I personally think this server is balance if you work as a team include each class.

How about this, the damage up close is increased 10% and the damage from far is reduced up to 40%? ( These numbers are just examples, they could be changed ).

Don't simply nerf the skill, make it require more player effort. If you get closer to your enemy, you risk being killed more, but you will deal more damage. It's a tradeoff, more than the current 10% between close and distant casting. Seems more fair than a complete nerf.

We know that. It's like that with every spell... 10% is not enough in BL's case though.
