Add a rare item that improves cp recovery rate? not significant enough to make the cp pot useless but something to add a small bonus to help speed up cp recovery

I know, but it would be nice to have a rare like this at low levels for leveling, because it would allow you to use more combat skill before you'd have to wait to recharge

It would also help when you log in/ or if you die you will be able to recharge a little more cp than usual.
