3. By doing this all Nations will also try to be more teamwork + united to finish the quest, even for small guild. I personally think this will help the smaller guild cause they also have the chances to loot Legend.
Yes, some may even say rich can use RE to buy transfer Nation and do quest constantly. But my own perception is... in every online game, people who throw more money sure will get more + faster than others who does not do so.
Just my 10 cent trying to make server better for all, which i think this is the best way to balance every nations power.
