I'm a BR, I've played DR in the good ol' dr, int, .my, another one I cant recall, I never hacked/duped/etc and I do know people from both brazil and china that were always "clean", if that could be the right term. Yea, I remember the trouble CN gave before, and the trouble many - not all - BRs are in erm, not only dr but most free MMORPGs.
But, I do know a good anti-hack system and a decent rule-violation punishment system can prevent at least most of the hackers, wherever they're from, from scrambling up stuff.
Well, banning IP is like DA said, the lazy way to solve such problems, there are solutions and turnovers to that which true hackers usually use, and the IP ban will also keep nice and/or new people from coming in, I dont really see the point =/.
And also, its not like if I dont donate, I dont participate, or like to scramble stuff. Like it was said, every player in the game is a part of it, a populated game is always better than an empty one, and it attracts even more people, even if most of those dont pay anything.
