I think with JOB skills it's
more important to decide if the staff want to have a
player driven economy in game. If they do then the Job skill quests should be harder, this will encourage trade among players. Otherwise, I agree with the other post about people giving up due to tedious repetition.
If there is a big benefit to becoming a master class whoever, then you should have to work hard for it. But if everyone has a degree in butchery nerf the hell out of them.
IMO, I'd like to see a thriving player driven economy as that gives players a better sense of ownership and responsibility in game so I'm for making it harder. I do think butchery shouldn't be changed, if someone was wanting to kill me for my skin I'd sure put up a fight.
