Archer isnt weak enuff to give a skill that hits for 30k... or reduce magical def or ac to 0 > thats a joke =_= .
Isnt even fair that we make AC rares because is the main thing a Priest or all class need to survive, and Archers could drop their AC without have a chance to counter it?
Why dont you stop being lazy people and work for ur rares and character?

I give you a solution for archers problems, to survive, make anti magic potions and use this sets:

1set G8 Force G8 Force G8 Desire G8 AC
2set G8 Force G8 Force G8 smart G8 AC
3set G8 Force G8 Force G8 desire G8 AC
4set G8 Force G8 Force G8 Desire G8 Robber
5set and better to use with this other sets = Make rares, lvl ur tts to 200 and get dual 4 or above. Dont be lazy.

I dont believe an archer with decent items and tactics gonna be an easy bone. I also need use g8g9 set on my priest to not get killed by archers or thieves.

Go train please and make rares... dont pretend to kill a priest dual 4 being dual 1 2 3 without good rares and full tt..

Archer have enough dmg already, srv just lack of good archers, Torment, puffpuff the bests, the rest just sucks... so there u have the example archer dun need modify shit, if add can add something like a fire armor with resist to fire n dmg... nothing more...


the point of pk is that every1 is suposed to be able to die n kill.... warrior got many hp but still die so easy from any class... or u see warrior askin for a massive blast to up tt? no...

leave things like this that is cool.... and who got problem with archer mail torment/puff ask what rare sets should use...

I died more times from torment then from any other thief/wiz together... (SS doesnt count xD) is just skill and good rares... and if u wan drop more hp, why dont they make desire items instead of g20force n fire bow?

only buffing is not the best way to balance, in the end everyone will be kiling each other in 1 hit.

if done correctly reducing damage is not a bad idea, as an example if we reduce the damage of all 1h weapons, not only archer but all 2h weapons will become more atractive.
same concept for priest and wiz, lose some power and then staff could be changed to compensate the loss by increasing the power.

all in all the concept is easy whant high damage then go 2h weapons whant to be tanky go the 1h + shield option

Why an archer with full tt cant hit for 30k? D4 priest thieft warrior etc have 45k+ hp .

If you only have G8 AC , u will die very fast. Archers damage is insuficient.

If the new skill reduce to 0 Ac and magic defense, only archers can take profit of this, and not the others enemies atacking the same target.

An archer cant survive until he hit 5 times and then start atacking.

BTW , how many people have a G8-G9 set? i mean only those who never cheat or steal items.

Titus... Conqueror symbol = 40 ac + 2 crest +g8 ac is g19.x AC.... g20 ac you will have like 170 AC ..
+sfd or other protections I dont think archers die fast with melee attack.
We cant change archers combat skills because people dont want or cant make rares... btw g8 set aint hard to make... go ckeck all wizards with g9 look figure it out they have g8 ac hat and g8 br dagger at least (mostly high lvls got g9 BR) shoes g8 mv also... Not hard the main class killing Archers are Wizards... 1 bloodlighting and you go ress, they even killing dual 1-2-3 archers with a single Firebird...
So what we talking about?
make pots anti magics and work on your rares and tactics, nothing more.
