Archer fix

If you have any suggestion in order to make the game better, tell them, they are always welcome.

How should we tweak archers?

Give them a Thief-like multi

Somehow i dont belive 10% increase will change anything for archer..
At dual2 archer still receives 33% more spell damage, 16% more physical damage, and dont have defence buff(+30%)unlike all other class... really.

Dude, shut up.. You're not going to get immunity to spells... especially if you get more damage. Its going to be either Offensive buff or Defensive buff..

Just because you suck and can't kill a level 47 mage, doesn't mean you need buffed.

AFAIK you are a fail archer/thief/mage so go back to warrior/priest OP.

Random idea, but how about a class skill for archers that knocks wiz/thief out of invisibility/hiding?

I think archer skills are pretty good and dont need to be changes other than the obvious rubbish multi for leveling.

With a tank, archer multi is the most damage dealing attack on a single target (other than bugging xlightning or ice death). It's not rubbish, it's a different play style that can be extremely powerful when used correctly. When it comes to actually PLAYING the game at high levels (NOT line leveling), archer multi by far beats thief multi because you can constantly get 5 hits on a monster whereas thief multi generally misses 1 out of 5 knives.

Actually, you are somewhat wrong. While it's true archer can pull out amazing dmg/second, you forgot how harder thief hit with distanced rare. Because thief use distante rare for leveling, their dammage is much harder then archer. Also, thief are amazing to clear out ettins so the tank get alot less dammage.

Archer getting close to the mobs sometime get hit too. You need to be in melee, making you hit by a few spell too.

Let's not talk about VD and respawn, archer having to kit and etc.

Thief do hit harder if you compare 1 knife and 1 arrow. Archers can make all 5 hits of their multi hit the same target. Thief usually will only have 1-3 knife hit the same target. when it comes to doing single-target damage, archers are still better.
