I got those ideas by my own experience or other players experience and then I open in there for more players to discuss. (A large group of players who actually don't have or don't use forum at all)
So to answer your questions, I open those improvement posts in forum whenever I or other players find something and think that can be improved.
Its nothing related to breaking balance or Ironic.
If you have something or idea to say on this topic, feel free to speak out and let other players know and discuss.
Please stay on topic otherwise better leave it or comment in other place may be. Thanks

OKay...I will say it more clear now. FOR ME, the friend list is supposed to add for "friends" rather than "all active players" according to its name "Friend List"
And 10++ Zypern whispering you in maze doesn't mean that you are on their friend list. As you said, we can manually type in the character name isn't it?
And that the friend list is supposed to add for "friends" rather than "all active players" is my own opinion. May be other players have different opinion. Who know?

i do because i have loged alot zyp char before and i see all of them have yllse char name in their friend list

for me i think friend list is for player to add those character name that they want to know are they online and whisper them without typeing just click the button
i dont think anyone will use whisper to check a player online or not right?
friend list is never really "friend list" in DR
is also a player online/off checker
