if the speed of solving ticket can be faster, it will be the good new for all players!

May be need to build a new system!! Like must be reply at least 1 week (even can't solve), so it can let the players know his ticket is in process. Also, must be solved within a fixed time (may be 1 month?), so the players know how long, maxmium time he need to wait!!

Just like some real company addresss the complain problem!
