Hell just make it so that when you're under SS you take more piercing damage AND cant cast spells / deal damage. So its basically seen as a coward spell

so the big problem here is that people whant to nerf sanctuary becouse the skills that counter it are crappy and ineffective.

intead of nerfing sanctuary give a buff to piercing skills.

make piercing skill negate a % of the enemy ac on top of the magic pierce and they will be usefull.
