how about make a quest for newbie..
eg: quest hunting down 100 orc and the reward is EXP n crit..
make a quest for lvl 1-10,11-20,21-30,31-40,41-50,51-60,61-70,71-80,81-90,91-100(for 100 above already have quest for DUAL)...n make it continous..mean u cant skip 1 quest..to get to another quest..
then the game is not about only lvling 24 hrs hitting monster,
hoho look like a lot of job to do but it is fun for new player to explore DR..
