low level lvling suggestion

Fix leeching from 60% to 100% before crossing class. warrior and priest in low levels just suffer coz they don have high tt and skills for blast.

improve exp for level 1-81, no 1 like to enjoy their boring time in game, instead get higher levels to simplfy in jobs skill like butcher etc.


basically i think this feature wont be implement due to terrible updates got here, but just for suggestion and i don expect so much coz i'd quit and playing new game. so good luck to u guy ^^
