Potion Shop (War Time)

I'm not sure the other 2 nations if there is any potion shop at last war map, so my suggestion is remove it, its not fair for yllse, zyp or vys attacked inside, and they ran out of potion, they can buy potion at sedless, wtf? can we buy at their town too? being fair, so.. remove it is better.

and also, block them from entering town while in war suit, or else still able to buy potion at our/their town.
