i have only GM'd butcher so i am not really sure on the spawn rates. but it seems to me these items are suppose to be rare. if they were easy for all to get then the server would be flooded with these items and that would surely effect the economy of the server a lot, so i voted no.

And yet butchering materials are infinite insofar as you are willing to spend the time to butcher. So to be fair, skins should be "rare" too right? Warrior rares only affect one class and maybe limited impact on some other classes, butchering rares are for all four classes. Your claim that this would affect the economy is quite frankly laughable considering the facts.

rare = asking for 55 of the items just to get 5-75 job quest? '-_-

Try tailor, for example the 75 quest needs 35 mischas.. that's only 35 orc skins and 175 scorpion scales :D and the previous quests aren't easy either.
Keep in mind that most of the time the good scorpion spots are taken and in a nation like Yllse if you decide to PK, you get your ass hunted by the rest ( though I like it that way ).

i agrea that butchering skins is easier becuase there is basically infinate amounts of them. but as said fights for spawn spots can be very difficult and as you said tailoring effects more classes, so there are more people trying to get them.

As for the econamy thing it was an assumption more than anything else. it seems like there is the same amount (ish) of smithing rares and tailoring rares in market place, so increasing the amount of rare materials would increase the amount of rares in the game?
