first of all, as always numbers can be changed.
healing/buff: make it worth, all classes can get tactic/lv exp when doing their job in a group, what i suggest is making healing/buffing give more lv/tactic exp based on the character being healed/buffed:
make it so healing exp is calculated like damage exp, a bit more if posible since healing is single target So if you heal for 20K, it would be like you do 20K damage on a monster and the mosnter's level would be the target's level. Would be an awesome alternative to leeching or making priests blast and not want to heal.

weakness:heavily based on wis value around 225 more points than d3 spell wich means low endu or con.
from 0-500 points into wis =0.02 of spell damage per point 0-10%increase
from 501-639 points into wis =0.06 of spell damage per point 30-38%increase
from 640-739 points into wis =0.10 of spell damage per point 64-74%increase
740 points into wis = 0.14 of spell damage per point 103% increase
