yes. because sometimes we plan to go somewhere to level and half the people are on 1 map and half on another and there's no easy way to communicate.

me louis his sister and hate have tested, i can be in town and party chat to sedless bv naur ld and knockers with no problems at all and they havnt had problems reading mine and replying, we use it often to see full chat

(now there was one time that louis forgot to pt me and couldnt get his msg to me but thats only cause he wasnt in pt XD) also other members in ugx are having problems with party chat so idk :S
