as for how to balance this out i guess the best way will be to make classes main stat give only part of the bonus, as an example:
warriors get 1/5 of str
thieve and archers gets 1/5 of dex/movp
priest gets 1/5 of wis/ps
wiz gets 1/5 of int/ws
