OR there are NPCs already in the Guild Emporia, but they do nothing, you use Signets to buy the NPC functions. unless thats just too much work >"<

i am likeing this idea as well. i posted a suggestion about guild fame in grofire's guild change topic. maybe these NPC's could be gained with higher amounts of guild fame???
