g24 on thief/archer is easy with cape since it doesn't count as part of the g20 total. Maybe gro had them put g4 mv on a cape as part of the kings set or something.

NR has hermetical pot that can enchant rings with red stats. So pretty sure he had 2 +4 MV rings.
