RE fter update

RE fter update

i´ve checked the other topic that spherix said we dont need RE, but i have to disagree, ppl need RE to get to DC, get symbol, do sc quest like ppl did before update, so i think that gms should put back the RE at merchant board..., and also EX stone, i got a 100+ char and i had to pick ex stone from other char...

ex stones arent needed to be given, it's quit easy to hunt

another round of RE is given soon. this time large enough sum so people can lend to each other
