About giving RE's

Just give a bunch of RE's lets say once per week through merchant board. That way you will be sure that all players even those that joned beta recently will get RE and will stop spammin forum for it. Another thing is that you will prevent players from creating additional accounts that will be used for creating only a noob char and waiting for RE so later they can trade it to their main character.
