Suggestion on Double Exp Pills

Is that possible to make characters with double exp pill cannot be pk, also cannot pk?
i think people are more wiling to purchase RE for pills, at least i would do that to protect myself while leveling in neutral maps.

It would promote afk leveling. Most of the time the best way to stop an afk is to simply kill them.
