I believe the stone/boss have a high value of WHITE AC, thats pretty fked the spell dmg. BR wont do anything on it.

If it was just White AC, wouldn't it reduce the same amount of damage from non-magic attacks? Like if i hit 10k normally, i'd hit like 1.5k on the stone. Wouldnt magic damage be the same? I'm pretty sure it has very high resist.

So if we were to change the white ac to blue ac, and leave the resists alone, magic should do about the same amount of damage as physical attacks?

If its really this case(high white ac), there will not be any resist on stone/boss. They have to add a value on it.
OR
The resist on monsters is belongs to another class(different calculation from resist rares), take Balroc as an example, the light spell dmg is reduced to half compare to other spell dmg, so does it has light resist? If yes, why you will never get a BR dmg by 5tile? It just simply ignoring it.

Anything better would be nice.
I saw some wiz dealing 800-900dmg/hit with bl on stone last time. Don't think wiz needs to be as good as thiefs etc at hitting stones but let them be more useful.
For local war you can argue wiz job isn't hitting the stone but killing people to help others hit them or defend own stones (at least when there are enough people playing) but for PvE it's different.

Wouldn't be such a bad option to be honest. Consider how fast a thief/archer can hit the stone, compared to wizard casting blood lightning and hitting the stone with good amount of hits.

Well the spell dmg on stone is not really a big deal since wiz play different rule in war. But id rather see a little buff haha! For the boss I can not understand why need a wiz instead of other classes. Rangers deal much much more dmg on both boss and his alts, warrior can tank, priest can tank/ress, the healing system made wiz total useless in a boss fight.
