In my opinion, no larger than stacks of 5. That way there is still some timing/thought needed into when to pot and when to wait.

Not so good idea, lets see, if u had stackable sp, then it will come with like 5-10secs delay before u can use it for another time, think about this, if you find a pepsier 24/7 hit you, then for another 10 secs only u can use the speed pot, in just 1 sec u press the sp, like the 11th seconds u been hit again by pepsi, then u need to wait again another 10secs untill u can use another sp? so bad, if like this pepsi will be imba. It doesnt matter 5secs, or how long the cooldown is, sp's it self will become so useless. and this will give the advantage to the pepsier.

by stack of 5 i meant each speed pot had 5 uses, not a cool down of 5 seconds
