because in countries like tw,china,japan and korea in asia legion,they don't have to interact with foreigner in english,most of the time,if you want to do business with them,you have to learn their language instead of wanting them to learn your language,that is Asian's trait ;s

They got almost everything they need, except CN Speakers that knows what to do (on coding/supporting) and a Dedicated Host...
And I guess they are missing something else that no one is paying attention to: Time and Motivation
