Correct. An ip ban is you're pc personnal ip. They have no right, and reason, to ban you're rooteur. You're pc wich you hacked on should be banned, not you're entire network (that might not be you're, and might have other poeple that play dr on too). If they banned a rooteur, imagine Cyber coffee, ...
