No one can resolve it, except for the administrators.
They should recompile the game client (most probably) improving this specific section.

It's not about your computer or your system, so don't waste your time reinstalling or updating anything. It's game client (or server) fault. It takes long to get back to the game due to some setting/feature. It was compiled this way. Administration could look into some way to decrease this delay. So...
