I could not create a new character after I have created the first one. It always gives me a message"Fail to create character".
I couldn't even create one with an new account. I am wondering what's going on and what do I need to do?

I have installed the main program and update the program by right click the "updater" and update as the Administrator.
However a error message was shown as "MVSCP.dll is not found"
What should I do?
