I have downloaded the game and am trying to do the patch. i download the patch and save. when i open the file i see a list of files. i extract the files for Dragon Raja. Is the patch installed or is there more i need to do?

I downloaded the game client and then the full patch. once i extract the Dragonrajafile and i get an error massage saying "The program can't start because ij11.dll is missing from your comupter. Try reinstalling the program to fish this problem." Not sure what that means. Anyone know what ...
